“I have use this company on three different cruises and have been very happy with their service. The scooter was where it was where it was supposed to be and their check-in & check out is very easy. I did have trouble with the last scooter that they couldn't repair on the ship & had none at the port. I did Omanage the remainder of the trip without a scooter. About a week later I received a full credit on my charge card. I expected to get a refund for just the days that I had to do without it not a full refund. They were apologetic that they couldn't repair the unit but I figure anything manmade can break down at any time.”

“Scooter was great.. I don't know if there is a solution to the problem that on Royal Caribbean cruise the scooter is left in room.. It is big problem getting onto ship and not getting to get scooter from room until well past noon when someone is getting onto ship at 11.00 am. That created a big problem for someone that is not able to walk that distance.”
