“Terrible customer service!
I ordered a pair of jogger pants online on 1/25/24. On 2/7 I reached out as I had not heard anything or received any shipping information. They failed to process the order. I received a package from them on 2/15 and it turned out to be a faux leather corset dress (obviously not the jogger pants I ordered). I reached out to customer service to inform them of the error. They asked me to return the item and told me they wouldn’t be able to send me the pants I ordered as they are now out of stock. I sent the item back on 2/17, for which I had to pay for packaging! (As if it was my fault they sent me a dress.)
On 2/27 I reached out about my refund and was told that I just “needed to wait the 10-14 days” for them to process it.
Here I am on 3/14 without my money. They are happy to sell you oversized, poor quality, and even sell you something you never ordered in an attempt to get your money and hold onto it for as long as possible! Grade F- company.”
