“I love the clan history print but the frame was definitely broken on one corner on arrival. I glued it but I'm now thinking of just re-framing the print.”

The framed print was packaged securely and in good order when it left us - we would have been happy to organise a replacement frame if the customer had contacted us first rather than just giving us a bad review. We always replace any broken frames even though it's not our fault.

“One of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their products are craftsman-made and first class. I bought quite a few items from them, and each one was beautiful and of exquisite quality. I bought two bears wearing outfits in my family tartan, and each kilt was like a tiny adult kilt. The detail and finish was superb. In addition, I spoke to them on the phone a couple of times, and their customer service is second to none. I unreservedly and wholeheartedly recommend Scotclans 100%. I wish I could give them 10 stars.”
