“Their customer service is the very best I have ever experienced. I had a fault on a piece of equipment, called them, they diagnosed the problem and sent out a replacement part, I received it within 24 hours. That is Customer Service. Their staff member Ian is really great to deal with. I have since shopped there again and recommend others to do so. Any piece of tech can fail, but they make sure replacements are on the way as soon as physically possible. A Really GREAT company to deal with.”
