“We switched suppliers recently and have been very impressed with the customer service provided by Screentec. Hi, I'm awfully sorry you're unhappy. As you are aware, we are currently rectifying this issue for you and will have these with you next week. Since your last order with us the tool had been altered slightly which was the reason for the confusion. We have since corrected this.
