Hi , really bad customer service so many different agents , no continuity, ordered screens , 2 arrived 1 still missing , they donāt phone , you cannot get through on the phone to them , no next day delivery itās two weeks or more , no tracking , itās all in correct, would not order again itās too much hassle.still waiting for a call and refunds .
Iāve lost Ā£90 ,

Just placed my 4th order. Cant comment on customer service as ordered online and never had any cause to speak to them. Delivery has never been next day but usually between 2 to 3days. We have used the product to form a fence round our sitting area and some for decorative purposes. I love them and stood up well to the Scottish winter thus far.
