“Horrendously, horrendously awful. DON'T buy from them. The products that arrive are not what is on their website. They all come damaged and missing parts, their customer service is terrible and they take your money, giving you s*** products in return.”

“Ordered several screens an fencing in 2021. All were black originally, but all faded to off white and two screens cracked. Did have a 10 year warranty, but that was for the old company that went into liquidation, so they tell me. Even though they advertise as family company that are Pioneers of Luxury Composite Screens since 2017, although don't mention gong into liquidation in 2022, a smart way of getting out of their warranty commitments and letting all their customers down. Sham.”

“I really wish I went with my gut and researched this company first. Had I done I would’ve never had ordered as it seems everyone had a few is currently experiencing the same issues we are.
We ordered the trellis and large screen bundle (5 of each) and the first box appeared within a few days. It was ripped and the product slightly damaged but as I had two tracking codes I thought that’s the large screens, trellises are on their way. After a few more days nothing arrived so checked with the courier where the other box was; they told me they are waiting to collect it from screen with envy.
Called screen with envy and you can’t get through - red flag - it’s just a voicemail, they never call you
Sent an email and took over 3 more days and a second email to get a response telling me courier had the items and they would chase… found it all very weird.
The next box arrived a few days later wet and damaged again. We opened the boxes to find 2 large screens in one and 3 large screens in the other… no trellises….and no tracking codes for any other parcels.
Contacted customer services again and took 2 chases to get a response a week later asking for pictures of the tickets so make sure you keep photo proof of delivery tickets and the product themselves or they will say items are delivered and not their problem
Next up they say they will chase the warehouse and will get new tracking codes… I’ve been waiting three weeks for this and the last comms I had was over a week ago telling me they are moving warehouse but they will send out Monday just gone… that’s never happened either and reading their comments on social they’ve been telling people they have been moving warehouse for the last month or so now so again this seems another excuse
Really wish this company wasn’t here to scam people. They have a good product that people want but they can’t fulfil anything or offer any service, it’s hugely disappointing as I like thousands of others it seems would continue to buy their product but they can’t be trusted now and luckily we have chargeback requests to protect us as it seems I’ll have to use that now to get my money back rather than spend more with these guys.

Ordered 3 of the same and received 2 of the same and 1which was different from the other 2. I Have emailed and phoned and after 9 days got a reply to my 1st email. They have offered £15.00 refund for there mistake which we decided to accept and live with the different panel just to put end to saga. Still waiting for the £15.00 and still not answering my emails. Its a shame as I was going to order some more screens but will now source the screens from a another company. I Wish that I had looked on Trustpilot 1st before ordering, the way this company treat there customers is out of order. Reading other customers reviews it looks like I should be grateful for receiving anything. There email communications are a joke and they should not treat customers like this.”
