Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid if Possible
I placed an order for a Black U-Channel with Screen With Envy on 14th March 2025, paying £35. Despite numerous communications, my order was never delivered. The merchant initially blamed courier delays but failed to meet their own resolution deadline of 3rd April 2025.
After multiple follow-ups, I formally requested a full refund. They acknowledged the request but then claimed issues with their payment processor and requested my bank details via email to process the refund. This is unacceptable as it is neither secure nor a standard practice for issuing refunds.
Given the ongoing delays, lack of clarity, and the unsatisfactory resolution process, I have had to raise a dispute with my bank. I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend them.
