Item ordered for next day delivery. No text giving hour slot expected,tracking showed at depot. Next day no text giving hour slot expected,still showing at depot. Customer services now advised next day,a third day of waiting ? Absolute rubbish

I phone Screwfix on the 7th of August, they say there will be a delay in delivery it is now put back to the 15th of August, ok then I get a answer phone message on my mobile affectively saying I had tried to bring the delivery date forward and this could not be done and the product would be delivered on original date agreed, This means there late delivery has been shifted back as my fault as all information from them of delivery was entered into clients diary which is a legal document.

Honestly their delivery collaboration with DPD is rubbish. My order was delayed no one could tell me what actually happened and when it arrived some parts where missing. So not sure when i will actually get my full order. Its so annoying and frustrating. The only fast thing they did is accepted my money. That is it. Will try to avoid using Screwfix in the future for sure.

I paid for next day delivery. It didn’t arrive. Three days later they won’t tell me what’s going on. Parcel force have no clue what Screwfix are doing. Screwfix only contacted me when I wrote a bad review on trust pilot. That is the level of their customer care. They shouldn’t be allowed to trade.

Been a customer for nearly ten years, will be closing my account this year. Service is poor, stores rarely carry stock of items advertised online and in catalogues, delivery service poor. Had to wait over a month for a refund, which required me to send over 20 inane emails, after a failed "next day" delivery. Save yourself the hassle and use toolstation

Horrible experience with Screwfix! They call me 10 mins before the due delivery to tell me that the items are out of stock. I took the day off and made special arrangements for this ~ Very poor customer services and no clear customer communications or notifications at all. The guy on the phone was clueless and could only offer £10 for a massive mess up. Screwfix you are screwed, so get a grip!

That was three days ago , raised a complaint which they have acknowledged but its false to claim to have something you don't have and not fair to toolstation or amazon who although were cheaper were honest that the items were on one or two days delivery respectively.

Order off an irish based website to only find out the product has to come from uk, waiting 2 weeks now , with the product 5 days in dublin, euro delivery with 3 to 4 days delevery date, totally false advertising, go to ure local shops , no more hassle,
