Bought a sofa 2 years ago and had issues from about 6 months in, had a technician to come and see if the fault was manufacturing fault which it was, they repaired which failed and now have offered a refund of 60 % due to depreciation over 2 years which is a joke as the sofa is faulty, I then asked for the latest report from emmeria to send on to the furniture ombudsman and they sent me the report from another customer which had his name, address, telephone number, photos from inside his home and his signature, I have emailed several times asking for answers has to why this has happened and I am still waiting, they have made a serious GDPR which in the wrong hands could have been extremely bad for the persons who’s data was leaked

It still took a further week before finally SCS offered either a refund or for us to deselect a different sofa as the ‘no longer worked with the manufacturer’.

We are now May 8thSCS got my money and sofas and we’ve been sat in garden chairs until a loan sofa was delivered! Have now requested a full refund as SCS in breach of the consumer rights act 2015 for failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after agreed deadline.

Would give a zero if I could!!
My 79 year old mam ordered a sofa on 4th jan and a couple of weeks ago received an email and text confirming delivery date as 24th March… it even named her deliver drivers! When she received her timeslot I got her old suite removed that day to make room for the new one. It never turned up! We have contacted every day and every day on the rare occasion when we have managed to get through we have been promised a call back with an update. Unfortunately, despite ringing and emailing we are still awaiting an update. In the meantime my poor mam is sitting on a garden chair. SCS customer service has to be the worst we have ever encountered! We can’t even get to speak to someone to get a refund!! They were very happy to take her money but not provide the goods!

Delivery late rang 17 times in two weeks sent 4 emails to customer services which they did not respond to received two phone calls The girls i spoke to where very helpful and arranged a full refund
I bought sofa on 3 jan and a delivery date of 17 march was expected .

AVOID. very poor service and quality of goods. ordered 2 carpets. 1 never turned up. the other has had to be replaced in places after 18 months. and inadequate fitting of carpet has contributed to its wear/lifting at joins, doorways etc. Shop staff make promises on delivery times that they know the factory cannot meet. Then you get no support. Customer support appalling. dates ignored, no apology, no communications, takes a lot of work to get a refund and starts to affect your mental health

Absolutely disgusting customer service, I've been waiting 10 weeks 3 times they have arranged a delivery date and 3 times they have cancelled I've wasted annual leave from work , I've asked for a refund but I've been told it has to go through a manager in head office
3 hour wait to get through to customer service but when you go on the website to browse there sales team bombard you with calls .

Impossible to speak to anyone at customer service. My delivery was promised for Friday 14th - as i was away on holiday until the 12th. so I called to get the message that wait time was 181mins (3 hours!) Tried Live Chat but it isn’t working as they want an order number and all i got was a receipt as i paid in full including the warranty extension. Pressed 1 for a call back twice and no call twice. Emailed twice and asked for a call or email but nothing.
So now i have no option but to drive back to the store to find out WTF is going on!!!! How can this be labelled as customer service, will request a refund now and go to a reputable company who can give customer service as it should be!
