This entire ordeal stems directly from gross misguidance during the sales process and has spiraled into an experience defined by utterly unhelpful customer service and a complete refusal to provide a reasonable resolution, leaving us with an unusable product.

I have been given a delivery date which I am not available I tried to ring the customer service number pressed 1 as instructed and requested a call back that was ar 9.30 am at 6 still no call back disgusting

Would give a zero if I could!! My 79 year old mam ordered a sofa on 4th jan and a couple of weeks ago received an email and text confirming delivery date as 24th March… it even named her deliver drivers! When she received her timeslot I got her old suite removed that day to make room for the new one. It never turned up! We have contacted every day and every day on the rare occasion when we have managed to get through we have been promised a call back with an update. Unfortunately, despite ringing and emailing we are still awaiting an update. In the meantime my poor mam is sitting on a garden chair. SCS customer service has to be the worst we have ever encountered! We can’t even get to speak to someone to get a refund!! They were very happy to take her money but not provide the goods!

Delivery late rang 17 times in two weeks sent 4 emails to customer services which they did not respond to received two phone calls The girls i spoke to where very helpful and arranged a full refund I bought sofa on 3 jan and a delivery date of 17 march was expected .

Absolutely disgusting customer service, I've been waiting 10 weeks 3 times they have arranged a delivery date and 3 times they have cancelled I've wasted annual leave from work , I've asked for a refund but I've been told it has to go through a manager in head office 3 hour wait to get through to customer service but when you go on the website to browse there sales team bombard you with calls .

No reply to our message to their complaints department sent weeks ago now and you are on hold for hours trying to get through to their customer service deparment.

Despite repeated requests for updates on delivery time, nothing has been forthcoming. My messages and calls are not returned. The sofa has been stuck in a warehouse in Basildon since 13/1/25, when it should have been in my house by now. Appalling service and we are regretting using SCS. Avoid.
