Leather on sofas has gone baggy and the padding has lost all support within a few months of delivery, fobbed off by customer service.

Just looking at the he list of complaints about SCS furniture and I totally agree with what people are saying we bought 2 three seater sofas one is fine one is totally unacceptable no support complained and told go to ombudsman the customer service is a joke don't know how they sleep at night total bloody robbers stay clear Mr Burns

After many emails and being ignored all they suggested was sending someone out to assess it at a cost of £60! Absolutely disgraceful customer service and quality.

This entire ordeal stems directly from gross misguidance during the sales process and has spiraled into an experience defined by utterly unhelpful customer service and a complete refusal to provide a reasonable resolution, leaving us with an unusable product.

I have been given a delivery date which I am not available I tried to ring the customer service number pressed 1 as instructed and requested a call back that was ar 9.30 am at 6 still no call back disgusting

Would give a zero if I could!! My 79 year old mam ordered a sofa on 4th jan and a couple of weeks ago received an email and text confirming delivery date as 24th March… it even named her deliver drivers! When she received her timeslot I got her old suite removed that day to make room for the new one. It never turned up! We have contacted every day and every day on the rare occasion when we have managed to get through we have been promised a call back with an update. Unfortunately, despite ringing and emailing we are still awaiting an update. In the meantime my poor mam is sitting on a garden chair. SCS customer service has to be the worst we have ever encountered! We can’t even get to speak to someone to get a refund!! They were very happy to take her money but not provide the goods!

Delivery late rang 17 times in two weeks sent 4 emails to customer services which they did not respond to received two phone calls The girls i spoke to where very helpful and arranged a full refund I bought sofa on 3 jan and a delivery date of 17 march was expected .
