Delivered a faulty suite. No accountability whatsoever. I have been to the Ombudsman, no joy. Trading Standards and watchdog next. Disgusting customer service!

My sofas were barely a week old when I started having issues. Frames creaking. No support in the springs or cushions. SCS don't want to know. Customer service is almost impossible to get through to and when you do they just fob you off. Not even a year old and I'm having to replace them as they are not fit for use. Avoid SCS

SCS Sofas – false advertising, arrogant customer service and zero accountability I ordered a sofa from SCS after seeing their clear advertisement promising “delivery before Christmas.

I ordered 2 seater sofa & swivel chair early June - told delivery would be late June - enquired then, told it will be mid to late July. Called end of July told will be early August. Went to store advised problems with shipping containers & the delivery will DELIVERY WILL BE 3/4 SEPTEMBER. Yesterday I was told the chair will be delivered 1st September & they will give me a date when the sofa container arrives. I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY. Absolute rubbish service(?)

Leather on sofas has gone baggy and the padding has lost all support within a few months of delivery, fobbed off by customer service.

Just looking at the he list of complaints about SCS furniture and I totally agree with what people are saying we bought 2 three seater sofas one is fine one is totally unacceptable no support complained and told go to ombudsman the customer service is a joke don't know how they sleep at night total bloody robbers stay clear Mr Burns

After many emails and being ignored all they suggested was sending someone out to assess it at a cost of £60! Absolutely disgraceful customer service and quality.

This entire ordeal stems directly from gross misguidance during the sales process and has spiraled into an experience defined by utterly unhelpful customer service and a complete refusal to provide a reasonable resolution, leaving us with an unusable product.
