“I was sent the wrong cover for my boat, the wrong cover for my outboard and they refuse to take care of the issue. I ordered this before leaving on my vacation. Now they refuse to send the correct product in time for me to use it for the trip I have planned. I can't even get them to email me a return label that they say must be shipped back before they will do anything to take care of their mistake. Nor will they have a supervisor call me. Its hard to even begin to explain the ridiculousness.”
