“Delivery within expected window. Outfits well packed inside. Box was rather battered though. Returned Thursday, apparently there is a “hold delivery” notice on a Saturday, so my return has been delivered today 18/3 The returns reasons were very vague, I added a note of explanation. Currently awaiting refund.”

“My dress arrived promptly, was well packaged and was very well made. A colour swatch was also included to help with choosing a hat, shoes etc. The service received was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.”

“After a bit of a shaky start, through no fault of Sean Rayment, my dress arrived very well packaged and I'm happy to say I love it!! The company was very quick and kind to alleviate my worries as the dress had not arrived. I've since recommended them to another friend.”

“Unfortunately I have returned the dress. I felt the fabric was very poor and the fit for me whilst good in bust, waist and hip true to size the shoulders were far too wide and it was actually full length. Returned and still 5 working days later I am awaiting confirmation of the return. I understand that the refund would take longer but some acknowledgment that you have received the dress would be appreciated”

“Came well packaged, in large box with proper cover, so wasn't creased like normal. Is an absolute stunning dress, but it was just too big for me. I know people say to size up for MOB dresses, but I am a size 8 normally & it was too big for me, otherwise I would have bought it. Any still well made and would definitely recommend these dresses to everyone.”

“Looked all over for a dress for a long time. Ordered 2 dresses and they arrived quickley, and very well packaged. I also spoke with the owner who was proffessional and very helpful indeed. I paid upfront but returned one dress and within a short time my money was refunded less the postage. Great service and would highly recomment.”

“I ordered 2 dresses from Sean Rayment. The order process was quick and easy and my first purchase arrived within a few days. The second purchase was not available immediately but the communication was great and I was kept informed about when it would be dispatched. I needed to return one item and this process too was very smooth. Returns were free and I received a refund very quickly. Thank you Sean Rayment I will definitely recommend you.”
