“Delivery within expected window. Outfits well packed inside. Box was rather battered though. Returned Thursday, apparently there is a “hold delivery” notice on a Saturday, so my return has been delivered today 18/3 The returns reasons were very vague, I added a note of explanation. Currently awaiting refund.”

“Really lovely dress. Slightly too long so will have to have it shortened, but that is just personal preference I guess. Excellent delivery times and customer service. Quality fabric and true to photos.”

“Dress arrived and it was VERY big for a size 10. Quality was great, design wonderful however the size was a major issue and as smaller sizes were sold out I had to decide whether to send back or keep and have it taken in. I call Sean who was so helpful and put me in touch with Nigel Rayment who offered for me to use his seamstress to make the alterations at a cost. The dress was too nice to send back so my dress was altered. If ordering this dress go down a size (or two!!) The waist and bust come up extremely large!”
