“ i ordered an SSD replacement for my mac on Sears.com. thought i was buying it--a 10TB drive--from Sears. nope. a 1TB drive showed up and when i tried to return it, they argued with me for 2 weeks, saying it was a third party and they can't do anything. finally, after hours on stupid chats w Sears, i got an RMA. it's been another 2-3 weeks, no refund in sight. Sears is a total scam. zero integrity. ”

They sent a replacement part that was 95% defective in that it started filling the washer for a cycle then shut off without draining the water. We returned both within their return policy with no refund given. When called to ask, the customer service representatives hung up. ”
