Called for washer repair,I have protection agreement. Took 6 calls got hung up on 3 times. Finally got a human and he would only help me if I gave my checking acct number. I did not. Called again made appt with AI for today may7 and got an email for May 8 appt. I am DONE WITH Sears AFTER PAYING OVER $2000 for protection agreement I want a refund!!!!!!!---

After 2 weeks of notices of back order, (when initial order said "in stock") I was offered an option of canceling order and requesting refund .

i ordered an SSD replacement for my mac on Sears.com. thought i was buying it--a 10TB drive--from Sears. nope. a 1TB drive showed up and when i tried to return it, they argued with me for 2 weeks, saying it was a third party and they can't do anything. finally, after hours on stupid chats w Sears, i got an RMA. it's been another 2-3 weeks, no refund in sight. Sears is a total scam. zero integrity.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY CAN’T FIX THE PROBLEM 14 TIMES LATER AND WON’T REFUND YOUR MONEY. THEY WOULD’NT EVEN REPLACE THE DISHWASHER. ITS BEEN THE WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH ANY COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH .

I had to pick a star to write a review. We ordered a part thru Sears for our washer. First part was 100% defective. They sent a replacement part that was 95% defective in that it started filling the washer for a cycle then shut off without draining the water. We returned both within their return policy with no refund given. When called to ask, the customer service representatives hung up.

They used bait and switch tactics with me. They then promised a refund but failed to deliver it. When I called, they said I had not returned the parts. After I told them I had, they promised the refund would arrive in two weeks. Now they are disputing my dispute of the credit card charge.

Consequently, we purchased a new refrigerator and requested to cancel the service and receive a refund of the $720 warranty.
