“As of today we have still not received our washer - we have waited a year. Here is a recent email I sent to Sears customer service: No response received.
Please - Please send us our washer!!
The laundromat is very expensive and 40 miles away round trip from my son’s home. We keep being promised that the washer will be delivered and then have it never comes. I believed in Sears (“Where America Shops”) and am very discouraged by your poor treatment of us.

Ordered in November- delivery date changed multiple times
The original order (913128244) was cancelled by Sears in October 2024. The cancellation came via email with a broken link to the “chat” dept. We had been waiting for a repair or new washer since our original washer - purchased by Sears- broke in January 2024. It has now been a year.
I realize at this point my only option might be small claims court but I hate to add to the case load. We have suffered financially - not just in paying for the laundromat but in leaving work (and a trip!) early so we could be home
To receive the delivery. Your policy is to confirm the night before which is not enough notice for some employers. The time has already been taken off of work.
I am willing to overlook these losses now if you will just Please send the washer!!!
I have told customer service that we are not picky - we will take ANY washer you have in stock - however, I have never spoken to anyone in customer service who can correctly give me this information.
So - We have been told that the washer will be delivered on Monday 1/20 to 5129 Lazy Lane - Johnson Valley,CA.
We are expecting delivery that day!!
Please end this frustration and just send the washer!!!! I will continue calling customer service until we get the washer but isn’t it time to give everyone a break!
