Only bought replacement pillow cases because the original ones were poor quality and the duvet cover was still in decent shape. Won’t be buying anything else from you. The reason why the pillowcases needed replacing was because a button on the duvet cover snapped in half in the washing machine (on second time of washing) and pulled threads in the pillowcases. Your online reviews are unreliable as I posted a negative review at the time of original purchase and it was never published.

Our first order arrived damaged, the fabric had large bleached areas in the dye. It was speedily replaced, the second duvet cover had a significantly large fault in the weave, like a long tear. This is just so disappointing. I would not expect any quality product to have such faults. I assume this company has very little quality control. This should not happen at all, especially when I am led to believe I am purchasing a top quality product. Cannot recommend this company at all.

First order from Secret Linen Store, received linen pillowcases but returned due to poor quality. Refund requested and purchased alternatives elsewhere. Almost find the contents of the communication child like and comical.

Duvet cover too big and wonky stitching on standard pillow cases. Oxford pillow cases are massive, way too big for any pillow

I spent a fortune on dark grey linen bedding, treating myself, but holes appeared after the first wash and at each one subsequently. I have ended up with an overpriced dust sheet.

Terrible, came with a hole in the pillowcase! I've sent an email requesting refund and I've had no reply despite having spent over £200 on bedding.

So far I've not been able to use my quilt (if in fact it has been delivered) due to being in hospital. I had hoped it would have arrived early last week, but no such luck. There would have been plenty of neighbours to take a parcel in for me. I tried tracking my goods via PDP but the driver appeared to be stuck in Birmingham for at least three days. All this leads me to never again want to use the Secret Linen Store or to use PDP as parcel carriers.

I cancelled my order due to Your poor delivery company having taken a day off work I received an email late in the afternoon saying Muktar is unable t deliver today and will try tomorrow After waiting 2 weeks for this package I called your company and the lady I spoke to showed no interest at all that you lost a customer Hey ho

I had read all the five star reviews so was expecting an excellent quality product. The white percale oxford pillow cases were a huge disappointment, the border made by a run of single stitches that resembled my own efforts on a sewing machine, nothing special, in fact just nothing, certainly not worth the cost. The tiny stripe duvet cover is just ok, not wonderful quality, overall a negative shopping experience I will not repeat and would not recommend.

The Quilted Grey & White Stripe Bedspread they say is 100% cotton, it isn’t, only the outer covering is cotton the innermost filling is Man made fibre and therefore should not be listed as 100% cotton, for a company that likes to promote itself as ethical sound it’s not what you would expect, sorry Ladies

Extremely disappointed with my experience with the Secret Linen Store. Unfortunately I am just not happy with the quality of the sheet sets I ordered. I purchased one set for my own bed and one set for our Airbnb. The sheets do not wash well - any mark or stain just wont lift. (Not good for an Airbnb). I am also disappointed in the quality of the sheets. I have spent over £500 with the Secret Linen store and when I spoke to customer service about my concerns and issues there was nothing that they could do except offer me a 20% discount to purchase MORE sheets. For a customer that has spent a lot of money with their store, I had expected a lot more of Secret Linen and also the quality of product.

I purchased gorgeous goose duvet, it cost 159 pounds and took 2 weeks to get it. However, I even haven’t use it for a month, the feathers are getting out everywhere and under the bed is it filled with feathers even I use dyson to try to stop it but still didn’t work. I guess after another month it will has no feather inside the duvet. Rly bad, don’t deserve this price and won’t buy again
