“I've been really happy with past purchases but I thought the grey bed throw I got recently was poor quality - much much thinner than one I bought before and a teal throw wasn't the colour it looked online. I would have sent both items back but my daughter had already unpacked it all and put it on her bed. She likes it - so it cant't be that bad !”

“I have several sets of the Secret Linen Store linen bedlinen collection, a cotton quilt and some pillows and have always been impressed by the quality of the products and the excellent range of colours on offer. Recently, I have needed to ring for advice and found the people extremely pleasant and helpful, even when I needed to return a sheet that I had ordered in the wrong size! Delivery is prompt and reliable (with Dpd) and so was my refund for my return. Full marks for Secret Linen Store from me!”

“Having already bought a bedding set from SL in duckegg which is outstanding I bought a set in mustard, at a reduced price. Beautiful linen and lovely colour. However one pillowcase was considerably paler so I hoped after washing it would even out. Sadly it’s now yet paler. Still fabulous linen and wonderful bedding.”

“I was very pleased with two duvet sets that I bought. As a repeat customer, I was however very disappointed that deep full single fitted sheets were substituted for European single fitted sheets. During my online chat I was highly specific that O wanted the generously fitting European size that I had previously purchased. Very disappointed that you have soured a good relationship.”

“The overall buying process was smooth and as expected. Some of the styles/sizes weren't available so I had to contact customer service and was told they are stopping making the housewife pillow cases. I think it would be useful to have this on the website so people are clear about this up front. The products themselves were lovely. I ordered a couple of sets of sateen bedding. The bedding feels soft, and the look - luxurious, which you would expect for this sort of money. The bedding does crease relatively easily, but personally I don't find that such an issue. What I don't like however, is the fact that where I move and turn in my sleep, I have noticed pilling/bobbling on the underside of the duvet cover after only a few weeks which I am disappointed with. Luckily this isn't seen, but perhaps wouldn't have expected this from something that is supposed to be high quality.”

“I needed a new duvet cover; my old linen one was showing its age. I did few searches and decided on one from Secret Linen Store. I ordered a duvet cover and 2 matching pillow cases, they arrived quickly and have been in use for a few weeks now. The quality seem very good, and they are certainly provide a comfortable night's sleep. Overall I'm very happy, and I have no hesitation in recommending Secret Linen Store.”
