“The Palette I ordered has arrived however all broken , I understand it might not be the company’s fault however there is absolutely no way to contact them. I’m now stuck with a broken item I payed for and they are completely ignoring my emails my messages on Facebook (as it was instructed to contact them ) the only message I received back was on Instagram and it was to say to contact them on Facebook which I already did and had no reply for a week now. If you want to order something don’t order palettes maybe something else if you didn’t think it will be broken.”
