“I've ordered from you before with mixed results. Sometimes I get a decent computer but more than not I get a computer that is dirty, fans clogged with dust, case very dirty. That just shouldn't happen. Also, I know you don't generally give batteries, chargers, hard drives and maybe no ram. You don't always state that in the discription. How about a rating system from A-F. A-Excellent-Like New-includes everything, B-Above Average maybe some scratches or scuffs-missing charger, C-Fair-dents, deep scraches-missing charger, SSD etc, etc. I just received a C- and a D-. Both filthy dirty. One had a battery, one didn't, neither had an SSD or charger. I get that. Both the exact same model?! Both stacked on each other with nothing inbetween which is asking for damange. I would love to do more business with you but I can't count on what I'm going to get. It's frustrating. Do you have a dedicated staff that runs this departement or it's just when someone has time because it looks like you're not serious about selling or your reputation. Feel free to reach out to me.
