They don't refund booking fees or cancellation protection when an event is cancelled due to an acts inability to complete the event. I.e. Peter Kay. This is outrageous as the booking fees are not just a few pounds. We lost £42 through no fault of our own just because a Peter Kay gig got cancelled.

I bought tickets, and they never sent them to me. The customer support has been awful, and getting a refund has been an ongoing process. Definitely do not recommend! Buy from a different distributor for better service and a company that will 100% send you the tickets after getting confirmation codes. etc.

They suck. Don't buy from here. I bought tickets from them. When the show was cancelled, I didn't receive my refund. They stopped emailing me and would never answer the phone.

Not Happy, as all other reviews have stated, I bought refund protection thinking I could use it to cancel some tickets if it became inconvenient to attend as had to book years in advance, just read the small print and it's not going to happen. SCAM ARTISTS.

Cancel events freely and then don't refund extortionate booking and transaction fees. Spent nearly 300 pounds only to be disappointed when they cancelled. Do not use See Tickets

Is a scam, they cancel events and don't give any kind of refund. Don't buy anything from here. They cancelled an Anita Dee yacht reguetton party and said they would give us a refund but they lied.

Terrible company. Bought the insurance to go with the tickets, not worth it. My brother inlaw died 3 weeks pre event, had to try and cancel as arranging the funeral.. and the fact he was not immediate family, did would not refund the cost. Do not trust

Scammers and thieves who let you buy refund protection thinking you will get anything for it. They bury everything in the fine print, swindle you out of your money and give you absolutely no help.

As many below have noted, they sell "refund protection" on their tickets, which in practice gives you no actual protection against anything other than "death of a loved one" (for which they, genuinely, require a scan of a death certificate). Anyone who works at a venue will tell you not to use them. Total con artists.
