I get that SEE tickets are getting the touts out of the equation but how is it legitimate as a business to not let the person who pays for the tickets change the name of the lead person? I am now unable to go to Ed Sheeran on 1st July - but without me nobody can go. I relisted the tickets and when you search for them it says No Tickets Available so looks like I have lost 180.00 despite paying for refund protection. So frustrating and like all other contributors here - you find the website just takes you round and round in a loop. Unbelievably ridiculous and definitely NOT a good way to do business. I know many people were disappointed to not get tickets and they would sell easily - but SEE tickets are making this much harder than it needs to be
