“My package was ordered over a month ago. It is my senior prom dress and they never even gave it over to UPS. I'm heartbroken and down 300 for a prom I don't even have a dress for.”

They are thieves. I made an order over 3 months ago, it never arrived in the time they promised. Instead of accepting the collection I arranged a direct return and they have still not sent me a refund, nor are responding to my emails. 3 months, £200, no product ever arrived, no refund or apology ever received.
To make matters worse, when I tried to make an honest review on their social media, they removed my comment. Social media is supposed to freedom of speech. I stated nothing but facts that can be proven if required.
So so unfair. Worst service I have ever received.”
“Untrustworthy site! A package was marked as delivered, I never received it. Rather than following the standard dhl claims process the company lied countless times telling me that they filed a claim, dhl informed me they NEVER did- after countless emails they stopped replying me! Scam and not worth even purchasing through them! Worst middle man boutique ever!”
