“When I placed my order (01/11/2017), it was for next day delivery. I was called later in the day to be advised that it wouldn't be delivered until the Friday, which was OK as I was going to be available most of the day. I was then called on the Thursday to be advised that there were issues with my order and that it was now expected to be delivered in the next 7 days, so basically a week after my order for next day delivery was placed. The whole point in me getting next day delivery was that I could take the gift up North with me on Saturday as it is a Christmas gift. I can now no longer do this so quite disappointed in the service. I understand there can be complications regarding stock etc, but when it states next day delivery, the customer expects next day delivery, not a week later, so not best pleased.”
“They advertise stuff they don't have in stock, when ordered, asked and paid for Saturday delivery, package was sent with regular service. Had to call them to explain.
Parcel came back with broken charger. When sent email asking for a . replacement, email was ignored, had to call them, they promised they will send the replacement,...”
