“Bought many items over the past 5 years but serious issues in stock and service over the last 6 months. Ordered an item that wasn’t in stock, but to be fair let me know and refunded in a couple of weeks. Thinking it was a one off I placed an order again in October. Same thing happened. They’ve oversold the item and offered an alternative item. I accepted as it was in stock but 2 weeks later it still hasn’t been despatched and they haven’t responded to emails. There’s only so much understanding you can have. I’ve now been forced to pursue this through my credit card company. Never had to do that before. Disappointing to say the least.”
“Ordered a sweatshirt, they took the money straightaway even though the item was out of stock. They then notified me that it was in stock so they sent it except that it was the wrong size! I have now been waiting a month for refund and still haven't received it. Awful communication.”
“Just awful company to deal with in this age of online shopping. Products repeatedly came without their branding on (as per advertising photo’s), no free returns to you have to then beg for your return money back. At the 3rd (yes 3rd time they went the item out without the proper branding on) they refunded the postage but then took that amount off the jumper refund. Shambles, may as well buy the cheap copies off Amazon”
