Selfridges is a very high-end store, one of the finest in the UK. Up there with Harrods & Harvey Nicks. All clothes will be legit.

Has Selfridge blocked my tweets regarding the refund of £370 I am still owed and against which I have met only a wall of silence to my requests. Is Selfridge aware of the "Consumer Act of 2015' regarding the Retailers legal obligation to refund the customer in the event that the Carrier (DPD) loses 'returned goods'. Has Selfridge no shame in depriving a seven two year old pensioner of his rights. Never mind the legal obligation, what about the moral obligation of a Company to it's customers - and where is my refund. o/n 55009562 enquiry ref 829552

Possibly because Selfridge is one of the most unreliable companies in the U.K. Their serviced attitude towards customers is diabolical and, they appear to adopt a policy of never replying to claims for refunds. Hundreds of cases can be Googled at "Selfridge complaints". I am one of the many. See Twitter account.

I should think very carefully about ordering 'online' as Selfridge shows a distinct bias towards 'non refunds' legitimate or otherwise. Their normal response is a wall of silence. This can be clearly seen in Google 'Selfridge complaints' sites. I am one of the victims. See Twitter account
