“This really was a simple effortless process. Quick friendly service. Would have been great to include coins as had loads of these, but completely understand why they don't take them. Rates were reasonable too. Would wholeheartedly recommend. Five star.”

“The whole thing worked very well. The envelope arrived on time, and I returned it (though it needs to be posted before 1.00pm on the day of posting). I received updates by email and the proceeds were credited to my bank account as agreed.”

“I was extremely reluctant at first to try your service, but in the end curiosity and the fact that the exchange rates you offer are far better than the banks and others offer that I thought what the heck, give it a go. “Excellent service again. Euros posted on Thursday, emails confirming receipt, action, and posting of cheque received on Friday, and cheque received Saturday. Although I have used other currency exchange services in London with slightly better exchange rates I prefer SUYC for speed, communications, and sense of confidence.”

“First Class. SUYC offered the best rates. The exchange service was rapid and trouble-free. We received regular email updates to track the transaction: cash received, cash checked, payment preparation and payment sent. Having experienced excellent service with our first exchange, we were pleased to SUYC four times since and would do so again when needs arise.”

“I was initially concerned arranging currency exchange over internet, but saw many good reviews so decided to give it a go. It couldn't have been better organised! I received confirmation e-mails at every step, at no point had I any concern about where my money had gone. Even to the point where they received my cash on a Saturday and I received confirmation on the day saying that they have received it but won't process the cheque until Monday. So I didn't have to worry over the weekend if they had received it or not or what the exchange rate was going to be. The cheque arrived as expected with the the exchange rate s expected and the postage was refunded. Very clear and easy from start to finish.”
