The whole process was a piece of cake. Everything bar taking my package to the Post Office was done for me. I was even refunded the postage because I changed over $500. I sent the money off in the envelope I was sent and that was that. My money came back fast which was good.

Awesome service! They sent me a prepaid envelope and a document for me to include with my currency, so there was no hassle on my part worrying about having the right type of envelope or knowing what to include with the currency. Rate was very good and on top of that they refunded my postage fee, Very positive experience.

I was always told that you should never put cash in the post!!! HOWEVER: SUYC proved to be secure and a very fast service. Posted early in the day and every step was achieved by the next day. The exchange rate was the best I found and with the postage/insurance refunded (over£400) it was a no brainer to use SUYC. More than happy to recommend this company if you need to change back currency.

Excellent service, regular updates and cheque received within 4 working days. Easy to use and send currency through post. You get a much better exchange rate over the banks and Post Office if you can wait a little longer. Also you get your postage refunded if your exchange comes to more than £400. Very pleased with.the service.

I posted it that afternoon and over the next 24 hours received an email at every stage telling me that my currency had been received, checked as correct, and paid into my bank together with the refund of postage as the sterling value of both currencies added together exceeded £400.

Does what it says on the tin! The exchange rate was one of the best available without having to jump through to get it. Every communication (and their communication is frequent and helpful) was clear and restated all the steps taken and next steps and the cheque arrived (including the refund of postage) in a exactly the time frame promised.
Job done! ... and would use them again in the blink of an eye.
