“An excellent service - very quick, both in providing the rate and then obtaining payment once the cash is sent it. Crucially, SUYC kept me informed every step of the way, which provides a lot of comfort when handing over money. I would definitely use SUYC again.”

“Was dubious as I had never used an online service to sell back currency. All my fears were alleviated when I used this service. I would definitely recommend them. Very easy to do, quick, reliable service, check arrived promptly. Would not consider using travel agents in future and getting an uncompetitive rate.”

“I was a bit nervous about using an internet site to change my left over euro's back into £ sterling as there was 870 euro's to exchange after we had to cancel our holiday. I need not have worried. An excellent service that worked just as it was advertised. No hesitation in recommending this service especially as we got a far better exchange rate than using the high street. Top marks.”

“EXCELLANT SERVICE WORKED LIKE CLOCKWORK.........IF THERE WAS ANY NEGATIVE COMMENT IT WOULD BE THAT IT WAS'NT MADE CLEAR UNTIL AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED AND AN ORDER NUMBER TO COVER HAD BEEN EMAILED OVER THAT YOU DID'NT TAKE COINAGE SO I HAD TO MANUALLY ALTER THE ORDER VALUE ON THE PAPERWORK BEFORE POSTING IT BACK TO YOU FOR PROCESSING. AN OPTION TO AMMEND THE ORDER ONLINE PRIOR TO POSTING OFF WOULD HAVE RESOLVED THIS AS WOULD HAVE MAKING IT CLEAR AT THE OUTSET THAT COINS CANT BE RETURNED...HAVING SAID THAT IT WAS THE REFUND ON THE POSTAGE THAT SOLD IT TO ME....VERY IMPRESSED..THANK YOU.”

Dear Chris Alexander Thanks for your great review. You raised a valid point here about not taking coin, so we have now mentioned " No Coin Please" on the home page & also in "How it Works" We shall make a further mention on the booking page also ( when logged in) in the near future. “Great company to deal with. They kept me informed at every stage of our transactions. I sent my currency on a Wednesday and had their cheque in my hand by Friday. Their rates too, beat anything else I could find. I would not hesitate to use them again. There should be a 6th star for excellent”

“Very easy to use. I managed to get an excellent exchange rate. On US $1 000 , I received £28 more than I would have done with Thomas Cook, Tesco or Thomson. Having my 1st class postage reimbursed was an added bonus.”

“So impressed with the service. Would definitely use them again. Best rates by far and the service was faultless. Constant emails throughout the day from them, from the time they received my money, to checking the amount, and then posting cheque to me. All done within a few hours. Don't look anywhere else to exchange your currency. These are the best !!!!!”
