“I arranged the sale of my iPhone 13 Pro through this company, DPD collected it as planned. Arrived with them the day after and was signed for, since then not a word. Its now 3 weeks later and they havent responded to any email or messages through the website and my money hasnt arrived. Very bad service and rip off merchants”
