“I have been using sendvalu for years and service was fast an efficient. Unfortunately this is no longer the case.Standards have dropped tremendously now service has become slow and unreliable. The trust has already been broken.I did more than three transactions to the same family member this month.One transaction they dragged for three days and had to return money to my card.The other two one took two days for receiver to get and my current transaction still stuck in verification more than 24hours.Csr takes really long to respond it is just horrible. You frustrating the hell out of motherhood just your customers but their families not right at all.”
“I send money since on 17.2.2022 until today being 19.2.2022 the money have not been paid out, they asked of my utilities bill which I send to them since yesterday morning until now they are still processing the utilities bill tried reaching their customer service by email they are not responding. I regret using this service. Very bad service and I had very bad experience with them not happy”
