“Beautifully made laces to exact colour and length. Great communication too. Only improvement I can think of would be have some side by side photos on the website showing how the different colours compared to each other on the finished product. Never thought that laces would get me excited but these are so much better than the cheap ones. Worth it”

“The laces I ordered are a lovely quality and I would be very pleased with them, but unfortunately they are the wrong colour. I wanted a white that wasn't too 'stark' and so I ordered Off White as they looked to be just that on the web-site. They have turned out to be what I would call 'cream' and don't look good with the trainers I wanted them for. I had them custom made to my size, so I haven't asked for a return.”

“I bought three pairs of laces and they failed to arrive. Huge shame as it seems to have been a shipping issue, though there has been minimal communication from the company to help resolve this. I would strongly recommend that this company reviews how they ship items internationally. I would rather spend more money on shipping to ensure that the items arrive safely, or at the very least can be tracked properly when in transit.”
