“Serenta Flowers are a company that thinks it is perfectly reasonable to deliver flowers for birthdays/anniversarys etc up to 72 hours late! They will not provide a refund and hide behind the small print in their 'terms and conditions'. But don't take my opinion, why not just spend a couple of minutes reviewing their twitter site @serentaflowers to see for yourself their deplorable service. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else but Serenta!”
