I'm sorry you wanted a printed copy of the manual. Unfortunately, what you purchased was a digital download. As stated on the website in multiple locations, this is a digital download only. The page you purchased from has the words "download," "PDF," or "link" on it a total of 10 times. Additionally, the main image has a giant "DOWNLOAD FILE PDF" watermark on it. “At first I was disappointed with the manual I received. It was much too simple, and did not contain enough detail to be usable for me. When I made the problem known, however, the customer service I received was exceptional, and made up for any initial misgivings I had. The representative who responded to my concern truly went above and beyond to find me a better solution, and sent me a much more comprehensive manual in short order. I will certainly use Service Manual Warehouse the next time I need a manual.”

“The PDF was available immediately after placing the order. The manual is a scan of the original, not quite as sharp, but very useable. It is very handy to have it available on portable devices such as the iPhone, for use in the shop or while traveling.”
