The agent I was communicating with disappear and all sudden new manager show up and it took me 2months to explain him that i want refund.....
The pervious agent I was communicating with stopped answering me, and I had to contact the company .... the proccess of creating company is too difficulte as i honestly got fed up by amount of requested docas and papies, my falut is that i sent payment and when i want to get refunded they refused even through they haven t created the company for me.
Because this took months and tourn to years because of thier very poor support and you get sense your forgetten expect if your kept sending email to different departement and persons then someone might reply again and again i am very unsatisified and i regert wasting time plus money which they hold, Now i decided i don t want thier service as i found another OFFSHORE COMPANY Which PROVIDE SAME SERVICE FOR LOWER PRICE AND i am Going to name them. they are 1stformations in UK Google them and you will get them, i explained them my iusse with SFM and They recommanded me to insiste to get refund by whatever it takes.
1stformations Have created my company in then then 48hours. i provided them all doucments and payment and within 1 week my company was set up and recoganzied online while sfm cant provided me service due thier too demanding. SFM Charged me 3800EURO While 1stformations chagared me ONLY 300euro. see the difference
I choose SFM because they looked trustworthy but they are not and i will keep asking for refund untill i get fully refunded 3800EURO. i am willing to remove or change rating when i get full refunded otherwise i will keep claming my rights to get full refunded since nothing been delivered to me”
