“Terrible business. Ordered $450 dollars worth of ammo, ups said they delivered but did not deliver to my house. Talked to SGammo they did a trace, but didn't want to respond after, sent 7 Emails before they would reply back all to inform me that ups delivered and we will not send you a replacement or a refund. Terrible customer service. Buyers BEWARE. People I was talking to was very rude and could tell they could care less about the issue being that have gotten paid already. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!”

“They did not make their 1-2 to ship out. They created the label to ship on the 3rd day. Then was going to take a week to ship to my house so their shipping method is not fast like some other say. Once I reviewed them on the BBB website they got mad and retaliated and canceled my order and stopped my shipment that was already on the way. Owners are very sensitive people.”

No one has much inventory right now and, if they have inventory it's going to be priced accordingly. One other guy complained about a lost shipment, well, those things happen. Sg ammo asks if you want shipping insurance when you order...I always purchase the insurance with an order, just for that reason.”
