“Visited the evening of the 8th May. Chaotic service, was asked for my order, then the staff member went immediately back to the previous customer due to a cash error issue. Order finally placed. Once home, the two large cod were literally one cod cut in half length wise do basically we received two large fish fingers, the chips were shocking, far too large and the oil used to cook was utterly rank, giving the fish and chips an awful chemical taste. Definitely now crossed off our list of places to spend our hard earned money unless if you seriously find solutions to improve both your customer service experience and quality of the food your selling.”
