“ I can’t decide which one is worse between their customers service or delivery,but both are very poor. ”

“ I Ordered a Milwakee Drill and some Deep Sockets, the delivery was chosen for next day. No Email for delivery trackng or any correspondence from them until after 2 days i contacted them. I am still awating my items 6 days after purchase. The customer service are not veru helpful as when i called them all i was told was the items were in dispatch. ”

“ Absolutely scammers , waited more than 2 months for delivery, then was pushed from pillar to post when I called from tracking information, done a charge back via credit card , they challenged this and provided a false POD , I didn’t receive this delivery some £290 … avoid at all cost unless you want to loose your money ”

“ Ordered a Milwaukee hedge cutter with this company, preferably because they advertised next working day delivery and I had the following week of work and wanted to use this then, obviously I wasn’t expecting it to be delivered until the Tuesday, Tuesday came and nothing, went on to their website on Wednesday and to my surprise saw that my order was still in processing, at this very moment I’ve been on the phone to customer services on hold for 30 minutes 15 of these being told I am caller number 9 please hold, had anough and hanging up. ”

“ I ordered some gas struts, went through to sales who took my money quicker than I could even say how much! Really arrogant and rude man, promised it would be sent out that day for next day delivery! When I asked about an invoice he said "yeah nothing to do with us that will go through to another department and they'll deal with that" and hung up on me. ”

“ Pathetic company, waited a week for a picture from the delivery company to say where they left my goods. And they left it at my gate on show to the public. Should have never been left without my consent, I have a shed at the back of my garden which it could have went in. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! never get to talk to a manager when you ask. ”
