"paid £980.16 for 2 e tickets which was produced after check in time had closed. sharpfly.com refused to refund my money stating i attended the flight late when actually virgin told me i didnt have an e ticket. called sharpfly.com to produce it but they produced it after check in had closed. sharpfly.com have refused to refund me and im now trying to get my cash back through the financial ombudsman and abta. stay well clear from this company. they are foreign roguetraders and thieves!"
