“Terrible! Do not go here!! He refuses to invite tennents to end of tenancy inspection. He doesn't help tennents. When on phone he is incredibly rude and even yelled at me for asking for a written document. He said he doesn't need to do one this is not the case talking to CAB. Do not ever trust Douglas Shaws!”
