“I found Sherlock & Pages on Instagram and I’m so glad that I did. They have an amazing and varied stock of books that really do cater to all aspect of nature literature. The 3 books I’ve ordered (and received very quickly I might add) have been great reads and I shall certainly be ordering many more. I also look forward to visiting this delightful shop in person!”

“I started following Sherlock and Pages recently on social media to suppor their campaign. I wish it was nearer to where I live, it looks like a store I would spend lots of time in ! Delivery of my order was speedy, communication was great.”

“I diverted my route to my holiday destination in order to visit this magical, bijou bookshop. I was not disappointed. It was my pleasure to meet Luke, the owner, and browse the shelves full of books on subjects of great interest to me. I bought The Hard Way, by Susannah Walker which was inspiring. Online I ordered Wild Atlantic Women by Grainne Lyons and loved it. Apart from the inspiring and overlooked women's lives I have also, unknowingly at the time, visited and walked in most of their footsteps. My most recent purchase is Wintering by Katherine My which sounds like excellent reading as the winters draw in.”

“Such a special and friendly bookshop. I love that it was so easy to buy and pay online. I had prompt email confirmation and my book arrived with a couple of days with standard delivery charge. Their book recommendation s are great and I am enjoying The Offing which was a book suggestion from Sherlock.”

“Sherlock and Pages have expanded my reading into different genres. I have discovered unexpected gems due to Luke's brilliant online conversations and videos. I look forward to seeing the new titles each month and make a point of reading them to learn from a different perspective. At the moment I am absolutely loving the classic 'Waterland' by Graham Swift, a book I might have otherwise never picked up and I would have missed such a treat if I hadn't.”

“Really pleased to receive my book - it arrived quickly - thank you! Having also visited the shop in Frome, it would have been lovely if my book had been stamped with the beautiful logo to show I had supported an independent bookshop with my purchase - perhaps you could offer this an option when ordering? Would recommend this bookseller to friends and family. 😊”

“Given that I don't live in the UK, I'm only able to shop Sherlock & Pages online. It says a lot that I do. A lot! I love the curated aspect of their bookstore, as well as their mission. I've found so many wonderful books that I might not have found otherwise.”

“Although I am in the US, I feel like Sherlock & Pages is right around the corner. Their website and social media channels provide a wonderfully curated experience that has introduced me to a much wider variety of books than I would have ever selected to read. The virtual book club and willingness to offer recommendations via those posts or in answer to direct questions really personalizes things for me. And by ordering a few books at a time the shipping cost is reasonable and books arrive timely and in great condition.”
