“I was highly disappointed by the customer service provided by this company. I ordered 2 packs of 100 10x15cm bags for my wedding but I reviewed one pack which was the wrong size. I tried to call multiple times and write an email to see if this could be resolved urgently and 5 days later have received no response. We had to buy emergency products from another supplier”
