upon receiving the refund for the original item Ship It Appliances have informed me that they have deducted £15 to cover the shipping cost of the original item, not what i would consider fair or reasonable seeing that I saved them having to ship the much heavier ceramic sink.

Good customer service is keeping the customer informed of any problems and not trying to deceive them by taking their money for products that are not available and not even giving a refund of money for the difference without us having to ring up and fight my case.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.. easily one of the worst companies around. I’m still waiting 4 weeks later for a refund on an order I refused delivery of because it took so long I had to go and buy the item from a shop. Awful customer service from beginning to end.

What a disgrace!! 3 items delivered all look second hand and like they have been rejected from the factory. All 3 where full of scratches 1 was dented. Given 3 chances to get it right, all looked used. Do not use this company. I have requested a refund but I have not received it yet.

Then, after trying to resolve under the warranty, question after question in email after email to the point where I was asked if my electrician had checked if there was a loose wire in the appliance! When I said no and that is wasn't up to my electrician to check/repair the product, I was told that it could be collected (although it had to be uninstalled by my electrician and put in a box first!) and taken away to be tested but that if it was found to be working to specification (including with a loose wire), I would be charged for collection!
No offer to help towards the costs of my electrician installing, checking, uninstalling or boxing up the product and ignored my request for a refund and subsequently, ignored my emails.
