I shipped a classic vehicle with this company. The driver was careless with my vehicle when loading and did not offer a receipt or bill of lading (he didn't even know what that was). Best i could do was get a screenshot of the shipping info he had on his phone. Vehicle ended up at the destination on time, but the steering and exhaust were broken. When the recipient met the driver to unload, the driver said "watch this" then proceeded to spin the steering wheel around rapidly while the front tires did nothing, causing even more damage than was already done. He said "sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't." This vehicle never had steering issues before it was in the hands of the transorter. The company never was able to resolve this, and I had to eat the repair costs. They are not a transport company with their own drivers, they are a broker company that farms out work to independent contractors and they do not vet their drivers very well. I would NEVER use this company again.

First transporter caused damage to car and notified MD that he was unable to load the car. He outright lied to me that he damaged the car and did not want to admit his damage to the car. Will never use your company or suggest to anyone to use your service.

This compnay hired a driver who damaged my vehicle and has lied and we were told the driver was not insured. Then why would you hire him! On top of that, we are still waiting to get reimbursed for our out of pocket expenses of 5k. It’s the worst experience. I still have not been paid from the drivers insurance. It’s been almost a year. Horrible!

I paid to have my car shipped in an enclosed trailer ! It was in fact shipped on an open car carrier ! The transporter stated that there were 34 dents/scathes/marks on my car ! I inspected my car with a flash light and a magnifing glass and none of the marks were there ! The Jackass sent me a picture of a HUGH MALTI-ENCLOSED TRAILERS THAT HE CLAIMS DELIVERED MY CAR ! None of the business owners ever saw that mamath trucks in the alley !
