When I contacted them about this I was told it was way too late to complain so basically tough! I pointed out that she was obliged to either replace or refund it irrespective of how long it had been since I bought it as it was faulty goods & was told “these are my terms” - in other words, if you don’t like it, sue me!.

A week later, I managed to speak to Claire, who immediately said the wool was out of stock in the colours I'd ordered, and offered to refund my payment.

I received an email to confirm my order was processed, two days later I then received a notification from paypal to say a partial refund had been processed.
