Had an issue with a product I put in a email in after hours and customer service replied within an hour of opening and resolved the issue immediately replacing all damaged products and sending it next day. Very friendly and helpful!!!

I DO NOT like the fact that there is no customer service phone number where I can contact someone for whatever reason.
YOU NEED TO GET A PHONE NUMBER WITH A REAL PERSON TO SPEAK TO - WHERE WE CAN REACH YOU IF THERE'S A PROBLEM.
