“Server itself is good however the customer service is absolutely abysmal its impossible to talk to a human member of staff. When i first bought a years worth server(alot of money) i honestly thought i was scammed because i didn't know how to set up anything and could not play i reached out everyday for 4 weeks and got no help apart from a ai chat which looked so dodgy. I sent multiple tickets which again felt like ai after waiting weeks. I had to spend a month learning plugins ect but me and a friend could play. The only time i got a human response was prices to change and upgrade my server... I feel tricked and let down as a customer really disappointing with the lack help and communication from a human member of staff. From this day i still haven't got a fully working server nearly 4 months later or the help i needed. Live and learn”

I can also see that you've had a less than acceptable experience trying to resolve issues through our customer support channel.
