Firstly I just wanted to apologise to hear about the issues you've been having with your Satisfactory server.
I can also see that you've had a less than acceptable experience trying to resolve issues through our customer support channel.
This goes against everything we strive for as a company, the main one being to make hosting a game server simple and seamless for our customers.
I've reviewed your account and gone ahead and given you a complimentary RAM upgrade that I hope will resolve the issues you've been experiencing.
We'll also be reviewing the plans we're currently offering to Satisfactory customers to identify if any adjustments need to be made to avoid more negative experiences like this occurring in the future.
