“Your product is not!!!!! what was advertised and buy reading other reviews I not going to attempt to return them as it will be futile...I wish I could give less than 1 stars as that is too many”
“Two pair of shoes, poorly made, smelling of glue took five weeks to arrive and are not the Clark’s they claimed to b I’m sure they delay shipping to make it difficult for customer to cancel payment or return shoes. AVOID THIS COMPANY.”

“Do not buy from this company!!! If I could give them zero stars I would! The shoes are the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve tried. I’ve contacted the company at least three times requesting a refund. They offered only a portion of what I paid & still haven’t given the refund even though I’ve confirmed & requested it several times. They provide no help in returning the shoes (probably because they don’t want their crappy product back). This company has incredibly poor business morals & obviously doesn’t care about customer service.”
“An order was placed on 2/25/22 for 94.29 via PayPal. A follow up email was sent on 3/11/22. As of today, 03/20/22, The items have not been received nor a response email. This order has been processing well over 7-15 days. I am no longer interested in receiving anything from your company due to poor business ethics. Please refund me my full amount paid for the payment of $94.29. Also note, I will submit a complaint to the BBB and PayPal.”

The shoes are cheaply made, NOT at all comfortable! The do not send a return shipping label and expect the customer to return all the way to China at our own expense or, get only 30% of the purchase price.”
“This is the absolute worse company to do any business with. DO NOT order form them. I tried to cancel my order 4 times via email and no response. A month later I get a notification my items shipped, I received them 3 weeks later amd they are the incorrect items. I’m trying to get my money back but I don’t even know if they actually have a customer service team working for them. They do not respond to any messages. Worst online shopping experience ever.”

“I purchased these shoes online and paid additional $7.99 for shipping and handling the website states it takes 7-20 days to get the shoes it took over 30 days for the package to arrive who knows were. Apparently the post office in Stockton, CA lost the package I emailed Shoecomfy several times and have not gotten a response. I paid total $26.99 to Shoecomfy back on Jan/2020 and I did not get the shoes delivered or a reply back from them telling me how this issue would be addressed.”

“I would not suggest ordering from Shoecomfy! Ordered two pair on two seperate orders (one for me and then for my mother-in-law), mine in October and the second in early November. Tracking shows it is still in Bejing. They have not replied to my comment in fb page, messenger inquiry or email. Very disappointed!!! Looks like I have been scammed.”
