I won't shop there again. They have very poor customer service. My order was delayed due to being lost by UPS.They refused to send a replacement item without charging me twice. I was also told that I would get a refund when UPS returned the item to them.The item cost less than $20. When I threatened to get my credit card company involved they issued the refund.

Total lack of communication. Would of never known I was not receiving some of my items if it was not for my credit card sending a notification of a refund. But still had no idea what I was not going to receive. No notification of order being sent. Only way I knew was by UPS notification. So your service is extremely poor. Product was wrapped well, but did not receive 8 of the items I wanted.

I receive my hair in a couple of days. Which was good but when I open one pack I found a dead spider. So can you refund my money for this pack of hair? If you can’t refund my money replace this pack of hair with another pack
